Italian Deejay & Producer TonyLACES teams up with mc and rapper LeleJoop on the new summer hit Cioè Boh.
The Moombahton track revolves around a well designed lead that perfectly fit the rhymes from the rapper from Naples, ready to make the dance floor explode when the catchy chorus hits.
We asked TonyLACES some questions about this collaboration:
TonyLACES: Well, the story of this collaboration started in 2019, where I met LeleJoop at Spring Break Invasion in Croatia. When he released his track “Schiaccio Play” I asked him if I could do a remix for him, he liked my work and that set up our first “real” collaboration with “Cioè Boh“.
TonyLACES: Lele contacted me in March 2022, he told me he had an idea about this track and he pretty much had the chorus verses done already. He sang the track to me on a vocal message on Whatsapp and as I listened it I was like:”Oh… This is pretty catchy”.
I was researching a lot of Moombahton sounds, preparing to create a summer track, so LeleJoop’s idea came at the right time! We met in Bologna to talk a little bit about the track and I sent him a demo beat, in less than a week he had the whole song written.
When I finished the master and sent the track to him for a final review, he was blown away! I’m really happy with the final result and hopefully our fans and the Italian clubs will like the track too!
